Gavin Eugene Harlow passed away early this morning.   You can read his story at www.carepages.com and his carepage name is GavinEugene.  Please keep his family in your prayers.  His mommy, Angie, is an amazing woman.

For Those Who Asked.

Yes, we will take gently used toys, books and movies.  We do not need clothing but for those of you who asked thanks so much.  You can mail the stuff directly to the foundation house or to the foundation’s address.  If you need either one please email me privately at jessica@theparkerreesefoundation.com.  I do appreciate each of you who have emailed, called or written letters.  I cannot even begin to tell you what it means to Ashley and I that so many of you are supporting us and The Parker Reese Foundation.  There is still tons of work to be done on the house but eventually we’ll get it just right. 

Some of our friends are going up with us this weekend to help do some construction, yard work, painting and accessorizing (we all know how important that is).  They offered their time without us having to even ask.  Talk about some awesome friends! 

Please continue to keep us and the foundation in your prayers.  And again, THANK YOU to each of you who are making this possible.

Seth Keaton VanDyke, age 3 weeks, resident of 103 Mini Street Kings Mountain, died July 16, 2008 at UNC Chapel Hill Medical Ctr. He was born in Chapel Hill, NC, son of Russell and April Putnam VanDyke of Kings Mountain, NC.
